When you are based in Scotland’s whisky country and amidst a range of ‘gin dependent spirit makers, we are spoiled for choice for stocking the bar with local whiskies, gins and beers.

In Bar 1873 our knowledgeable bartenders can recommend a wee dram from our extensive whiskey collection.  We also have liquers and a selection of draught and bottled beers.  We even have an individual gin menu with suggested paired tonics.
