Cancellations can be made up to 3pm on the day prior to arrival without further charge. After this time the first night stay will be charged in full.

No shows are charged in full for the first night
Any deposits paid are non refundable

We DO NOT accept Amex or Diners International.
Tor-na-coille will provide the room booked as per the reservation, including any special requirements that have been requested. Should any room type booked not be available due to the fault of the hotel, then a superior category will be offered or alternative accommodation found of a similar standard. If this is not possible a reduction in the rate will be given. If guests find a room not acceptable which is in good condition and in accordance with the guests reservation, the hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if the guest wishes to not take the room reserved.

Tor-na-coille reserves the right to amend prices as follows:
• Unforseen changes in the cost of essential commodities
• Any variation in the rate of VAT
• Any new taxes other than or replacing VAT
VAT is included in all prices quoted and is currently charged at the current rate.

SMOKING/ DAMAGE/ THEFT/ CONDUCT
Items taken from the rooms will be charged at replacement value and any damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly, including the cleaning of carpets for which there is a charge of £100

In compliance with the 2005 Smoking Act, Tor-na-coille is a no smoking hotel. Any guests found to have been smoking in rooms will be charged a £50 cleaning fee.
Tor-na-coile reserves the right to terminate a contract for any reasonable cause, such as any abuse towards our staff and any other guest, misuse of the hotel and restaurant, smoking or any other harmful substance Tor-na-coille reserves the right to refuse entry to non-residents and cease to serve alcohol to residents who we feel are posing a threat to staff or other guests due to being under the influence of alcohol. The consumption of alcohol brought into the hotel is strictly forbidden. If guests wish to consume alcohol not purchased on the premises a corkage charge will apply. The hotel will not take any responsibility for illness caused by food consumed on the property which has not been purchased here.
